2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, we offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
Goods are returned in “as sold” condition, including undamaged original packaging, instruction manuals, accessories, and any included items.
Return freight is covered by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A valid sales receipt must accompany all returns.
Prior approval must be obtained before returning goods.
Exclusions: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on specially ordered items, dated products (e.g., flares, EPIRBs, fire extinguishers), outboard and sterndrive parts, books, batteries, chemicals, paints, aerosols, dangerous goods, health-regulated items (e.g., portable toilets), cut-to-length products (e.g., wire, rope, carpet), headphones, and certain tools.
At our discretion, change-of-mind returns may incur a re-handling fee.
3. Warranties
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary and are specified on product detail pages or the supplier’s website.
If a product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period:
We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.
Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase (original receipt).
Freight to and from our service centre is the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation, maintenance, modifications, neglect, misuse, or circumstances beyond our control.
Consumer Rights: Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
4. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our Online Store by selecting products and submitting them via the checkout process.
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the selected items at the listed price (plus applicable taxes and shipping).
We may request additional details from you to process your order. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
5. Order Cancellations
By Us: We may cancel all or part of an order before dispatch without liability if:
The product is unavailable,
There is an error in pricing or description, or
The order breaches these terms.
If so, we will notify you and issue a refund for any cancelled items.
By You: You may cancel an order before dispatch only in cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, loss of employment). Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery times depend on stock availability and location.
If a delay occurs, we may extend delivery by up to 30 days and will notify you where possible.
